Due to a combination of the operational issues experienced at UK fuel terminals and recent adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control, our delivery lead times are currently extended more than we would like and some scheduled deliveries have been postponed. These difficulties are being experienced across the LPG industry and are not unique to Countrywide LPG at this present time.
We sincerely apologise to any customers affected by these issues and assure you that we are working tirelessly to bring these lead times down and to deliver the orders that were postponed. Our experienced drivers are working longer hours to reduce these lead times to our customers.
Please continue to use your LPG as usual. Can we please ask our customers to place orders at 40% gas remaining as delivery lead times are currently extended until we clear the back log created by a combination of the operational issues at UK fuel terminals and adverse weather conditions.
